Ruth Asawa Lanier, Inc.

Ruth Asawa’s family is opening an exhibition space dedicated to showing her work at Minnesota Street Project, in San Francisco.

They’ll show Asawa’s artwork, alongside work from her friends, Josef and Anni Albers, Imogen Cunningham, and others. So exciting to be able to see more of her work (much of which hasn’t been seen in public!) more regularly, in a space that aligns with her legacy as an artist and advocate for the arts, art education, and access to art.
