Jenni Rope

Jenni Rope (b. 1971, lives and works in Helsinki, Finland @jennirope on Instagram) paints, draws, makes mobile sculptures, and makes print patterns for clothing. These brushy lines, waving petals here, dance across all of her work.

Even though she uses similar marks again and again, something always seems left to chance — like she just caught whatever the breeze blew in and put it to the materials she had on hand.
